These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Polyglo ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a mobile application for multilingual learning, providing features such as conversation practice and vocabulary learning.
The App offers certain paid features ("Premium Features").
All content within the App (text, audio, images, designs, etc.) is owned by the App developer or its licensors. Reproduction or use beyond personal learning purposes is prohibited.
Users must not engage in the following:
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties regarding the App's operation, accuracy of content, or learning outcomes.
The developer is not liable for damages caused by network failures, device issues, or store maintenance.
The developer may modify or discontinue App features without prior notice.
These Terms may be revised as needed. If significant changes are made, users will be notified within the app or on this page. Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction.
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Polyglo（以下「当アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。当アプリをダウンロード・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
当アプリは、多言語学習を目的としたモバイルアプリケーションです。会話練習、語彙学習などの機能を提供します。
当アプリは一部有料機能（以下「プレミアム機能」）を提供しています。
当アプリ内のコンテンツ（テキスト・音声・画像・デザイン等）に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当アプリの開発者またはその許諾者に帰属します。個人的な学習目的以外での複製・転用を禁じます。
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
当アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、アプリの動作・コンテンツの正確性・学習効果について、法令上許容される範囲で一切の保証を行いません。
通信障害・端末の不具合・ストアのメンテナンス等により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、事前の通知なく当アプリの機能を変更または終了する場合があります。
本規約は必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。改定後も当アプリを使用し続けることで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
